Bhavan Jaggi

Bhavan Jaggi practices primarily in the areas of Criminal Defence and Immigration Law. He is dedicated to representing individuals before various Federal and Provincial Courts, Boards, Tribunals and Departments.
Bhavan graduated from School of Legal Studies in 2008 in India where he is recognized as a lawyer in the Union of India. He then went on to complete his accreditation from the University of Toronto. While studying in Canada, he assisted various Toronto based lawyers.
Before joining JBK Law Office, Bhavan was a sole practitioner and ran Jaggi Law Office. Prior to starting his sole practice, he articled with Leland Campbell in Yorkton. He then was called to bar August 2015.

Apart from English, Bhavan is proficient in Punjabi, Hindi, Gujrati and Urdu.

Habibat Kasim

Habibat practices in areas of Family Law, Corporate and Estate Matters, Collection, Guardianship, Real Estate and Immigration Law. Habibat is a trained Mediator, and her practice also includes court work and collaborative law.

Habibat was called to the Nigerian bar in 2004 and holds Master of Law. She majored in Corporate and Commercial law with University of London. After successful completion of NCA qualifying examination for foreign trained lawyers, Habibat commenced her articles at Shawn Patenaude Law in 2015 and was called to bar February 2016.

Apart from English, Habibat is proficient in Yoruba.

Deanna Counsell

Deanna practices in areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, Real Estate, Will and Estates, and Civil Litigation.
Deanna received her Bachelor in Arts from the University of Regina, and attended the University of Saskatchewan where she received her JD in 2022.
Deanna articled with JBK Law Office and was called to the bar May 2023.
